Learn the art of cooking from some of the best chefs in North America.

SAIT's Culinary Campus, located in the heart of downtown Calgary, provides invaluable real-world experience for full-time Professional Cooking and Baking and Pastry Arts students. During the course of their studies, students learn from some of the most renowned chefs in the country.

"There is an incredible amount of talent we have instructing our students," says Tom Bornhorst, Dean of the School of Hospitality and Tourism. "If you went out in industry it would take you 30 years to get exposed to the number of chefs our students get exposed to in two years. It's remarkable."

Open weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm, customers can watch culinary students in action, ask them questions and enjoy whatever they have to prepare. 

Educated Cuisine

During the day, it is a live classroom as students whip up breakfast and lunch for the downtown crowd, but in the afternoons, evenings and weekends, industry-leading chef instructors deliver classes to those who want to improve their skills in the kitchen.
