Research suggests that it takes 40 days to change a habit. The 40 Days of Fitness challenge — which runs Jan. 22 - March 2 — will encourage you to keep yourself accountable for the fitness goals you set.
You'll get a pre- and post-challenge assessment with the InBody scale and a free 40 Days of Fitness t-shirt. The best part —you'll also have a chance to win prizes for most participation in drop-in classes and for most body fat percentage lost. Winners will be announced on Monday, March 5.
Steps to participate in the 40 Days of Fitness Challenge:
- Purchase a RecX pass.
- Register for the 40 Days of Fitness Challenge at the Wellness Desk before Friday, Jan. 22. The challenge costs $10 to participate.
