Join us for an interactive evening of tasting great food and wine as you explore the story behind the food with instructional demonstrations by esteemed SAIT chefs and students.
Start by tasting local, hand-crafted charcuterie prepared in-house. Then, help prepare your main course as our chefs discuss where the ingredients come from and where to find them, why different flavours work together, and how to prepare the meal using trade secrets. Finally, enjoy dessert expertly demonstrated by our chef. All three courses are served with paired wine.
