Same-day drop-ins and walk-ins are available Monday to Friday.

Virtual counselling is available through appointments in advance only, between 9 am - 4 pm.

Students must reside in the province of Alberta. Referral to alternate resources for out-of-province students is available.

How much does counselling cost?

Counselling costs are free for students currently attending SAIT.

Is my appointment confidential?

Your visit is completely confidential, and your information will not be released unless you allow it or it is required by law or professional guidelines.

Our counsellors are available to answer any questions or concerns about confidentiality.

What if I can't make my scheduled appointment?

We understand that things come up and schedules change.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make that time available to another student.
