SAIT Recreation

With a variety of facilities and relevant courses and programs available to students, staff, alumni and the public, we support active living to help promote and maintain health and wellness.

SAIT Recreation classes and programs are open to students, staff, alumni and the public.
We offer a variety of children and youth programs including swimming lessons, martial arts, fitness programs as well as birthday party packages and sports camps. Try out our new multi-sport camp or get up and game camp for youth during the summer of 2018.
Our certified Fit Coaches will work with you and your friends in a group setting to keep you motivated and educated while you focus on your fitness goals.
SAIT has a number of recreation facilities and conference spaces available to students, faculty, staff, alumni and members of the public.
SAIT's RecX pass provides you will unlimited access to all our drop-in fitness classes.
Experience outdoor adventures and get fit while having fun and making new friends.
Join an extramural, social-competitive sports team. These teams are primarily made up of SAIT students, although public members are welcome to join.
SAIT's Athletics & Recreation department coordinates thousands of hours of intramural sporting activities on campus throughout the year.
